What is the favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the work I do is knowing how much people enjoy our product. It might sound overly sentimental but my motivation for cooking has always been to bring enjoyment to others and our caramel does exactly that.

When/where are you most in your element?

When I am running the kitchen at a youth summer camp. I love working with the staff, making mac and cheese for the kids, and spending a whole summer enjoying nature. 

What is your favorite caramel flavor (and why)?

I love our Maple flavor. I like the smooth texture and warmth of the flavor.

What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?

My family!

What quote inspires you?

"This is terrible...keep going."

This is a funny quote I found (source unknown) that I pull out when I've decided to do something that challenges me. It makes me laugh and reminds me not to give up on my dreams even during the hard parts.
