What is the favorite part of your job?

Overcoming a challenge or finding an elegant solution to a tricky problem. This whole thing is a giant moving puzzle so if the solution isn’t found today you can try again later (or even fix it again sometimes)!

When/where are you most in your element?

At the end of the day when things have settled down. It’s nice to take a deep breath and tackle something, or sometimes just finish at the deep breath.

What is your favorite caramel flavor (and why)?

I like the Deep Chocolate, it tastes like a half-baked brownie!
