What is the favorite part of your job?

Growing something meaningful and seeing everyone’s hard work make a difference on a daily basis. I really enjoy all the different things I get to do at McCrea’s as part of my job.

When/where are you most in your element?

At a lake on a summer day.

What is your favorite caramel flavor (and why)?

Dark Roasted Mocha. I probably eat Black Lava Sea Salt more often. As far as creativity, authenticity, and real flavor, however, it’s gotta be Mocha. It’s simply satisfying.

What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?

Family

Three is hard. A top ten list would be better, but if had to choose....
