Zero Carmels have arrived to my home in Massachusetts

I got an email on 3/31/25 saying my shipping label was created. I emailed asking where my order was and I got a reply that my message was going to be sent to the shipping person. I have had no response and I have emailed again. I am disappointed in the customer service. Please take care of this error right away.

These were absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of sweet and the right amount of salty. Only issue I had was that it took two and a half weeks for delivery. Enjoy!

Best caramels ever!

The caramels are transcendent. The sea salt and black lava sea salt are sublime. I'm a customer for life and maybe after. Heaven must have McCrea's caramels. They are pricey but worth every penny!
